Winnie Tra is the Founder and Lead Injector of PARA Aesthetics, where her philosophy is rooted in a simple belief: the best aesthetic work should still feel unmistakably like you. Her approach looks beyond individual treatments, considering skin health, facial structure, volume, movement, and the natural aging process as a whole.
This philosophy became the foundation of The PARA Method, a comprehensive approach centered on prevention, education, thoughtful treatment planning, and knowing when not to treat. Winnie integrates injectables, biostimulants, laser, and skin treatments with intention, creating individualized plans designed to evolve with each patient over time.
Winnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s degree, with a clinical career beginning in 2016 in high-acuity nursing. She has since practiced aesthetics throughout Beverly Hills, the South Bay, and Orange County, while continuing to train alongside respected leaders in aesthetic medicine and invest in advanced techniques and emerging technologies.
PARA is the expression of Winnie’s vision for what aesthetic medicine can be: a space built on trust, intention, education, and an uncompromising standard of care. Her vision extends beyond individual treatments to creating something meaningful for both patients and providers, where thoughtful aesthetics, continued learning, and genuine connection shape the experience and the future of the practice.

Danielle Dimapilis BSN, RN
With a clinical background in cardiac step-down, critical care, and travel nursing, Danielle brings a calm, detail-oriented approach to aesthetics. A Seton Hall University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she transitioned into medical aesthetics in 2023, combining her clinical foundation with a passion for skin health and natural results.
At PARA, Danielle stays at the forefront of evolving techniques and advanced training in injectables and laser treatments. She brings a thoughtful, education-driven approach to the team, creating individualized treatment plans that support natural results and long-term skin health.

Kristin wright bsn, rn
Kristin began her career at one of the world’s leading talent agencies before returning to school to earn her second bachelor’s degree in nursing, pursuing a path that brought together her passion for artistry and science. She later worked with a leading dermatology practice in Nashville, gaining a strong foundation in skin health and dermatologic conditions.
At PARA, Kristin brings extensive training alongside surgeons, dermatologists, and aesthetic educators, with hands-on education across leading aesthetic technologies and injectable treatments. Her approach is grounded in clinical knowledge, thoughtful artistry, and creating natural, individualized results.

With a background in the beauty industry beginning in 2014, Nadia brings a strong understanding of client experience, creativity, and attention to detail to her role at PARA. After transitioning into medical aesthetics in 2023, she found a natural fit in the operational side of creating an elevated and thoughtful practice.
As Manager of Operations, Nadia supports the day-to-day flow of PARA, helping keep the team, patient experience, and behind-the-scenes details aligned. Her thoughtful approach and creative eye help bring the PARA standard to life across every part of the practice.

Elyssa’s journey with PARA began as a patient before joining our team as a Patient Experience Coordinator. Currently pursuing her nursing degree with the goal of building a career in medical aesthetics, she brings a unique understanding of the PARA experience from both sides.
