Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 1, 2026
Last Updated: August 1, 2026

Welcome to the PARA Aesthetics website. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PARA Aesthetics website, online services, forms, educational content, booking links, and other features made available through this website (collectively, the “Website”).
The Website is operated by Para Aesthetics Inc., doing business as PARA Aesthetics (“PARA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Redondo Beach, California and Beverly Hills, California.
By accessing or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY
The information provided on this Website is intended for general informational and educational purposes only.
Content regarding aesthetic treatments, injectables, laser and light-based treatments, skin treatments, medical weight management, skincare, wellness services, products, or other services offered by PARA is not intended to constitute individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Information provided on this Website should not be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Treatment recommendations are made only after an appropriate consultation and clinical assessment by a qualified provider.

2. NO PROVIDER-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP
Your use of this Website does not create a provider-patient relationship between you and PARA or any PARA healthcare provider.
Submitting an inquiry, requesting an appointment, completing a general website form, communicating through the Website, or receiving general information from PARA does not, by itself, establish a provider-patient relationship.
A provider-patient relationship is established only through the appropriate clinical process and as permitted by applicable law.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical attention. Do not rely on this Website, email, social media, or general website communications for emergency medical care.

3. TREATMENTS, RESULTS & ELIGIBILITY
Aesthetic and medical treatments are individualized. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
Photographs, videos, testimonials, case examples, treatment timelines, expected downtime, anticipated outcomes, and other treatment-related content displayed on the Website are provided for educational or illustrative purposes only.
Before-and-after images represent the experience of the individual patient depicted and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of similar results.
Treatment eligibility, recommended treatment plans, risks, benefits, alternatives, contraindications, expected outcomes, recovery, and aftercare are determined on an individual basis.
Certain treatments may not be appropriate for all patients.

4. WEBSITE CONTENT & TREATMENT INFORMATION
PARA makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information. However, aesthetic medicine, medical technology, products, treatment protocols, pricing, and clinical recommendations may evolve over time.
We do not warrant that all information on the Website will always be complete, current, or free from error.
PARA reserves the right to update, correct, modify, or remove Website content at any time without prior notice.

5. APPOINTMENTS & ONLINE BOOKING
Appointment requests made through the Website or a third-party booking platform are subject to availability and PARA’s scheduling policies.
Submission of an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment unless and until the appointment has been confirmed through PARA’s scheduling system or by a member of the PARA team.
Patients are responsible for providing accurate contact and appointment information.
Certain services may require a consultation before treatment can be scheduled or performed.
PARA reserves the right to modify an appointment or treatment plan when clinically appropriate, including when additional consultation, medical clearance, or a different treatment duration is required.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS
Appointments are subject to PARA’s current cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and no-show policies communicated during the booking process.
Certain appointments may require a deposit or card on file to reserve the appointment.
Applicable fees, deposit requirements, cancellation windows, and refund or credit policies will be disclosed during booking or prior to the applicable transaction.
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the applicable appointment policies presented to you at the time of booking.
PARA reserves the right to update its appointment policies from time to time. Changes will not retroactively alter terms already agreed to for a completed transaction unless permitted by law.

7. PRICING
Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change and may not reflect the final cost of an individualized treatment plan.
Final pricing may depend on the treatment performed, treatment area, product used, amount of product required, provider assessment, combination therapies, or other factors.
PARA reserves the right to correct typographical, technical, or pricing errors.
When there is a discrepancy between general Website information and pricing specifically presented and accepted during an appointment or transaction, the terms of the applicable transaction will control to the extent permitted by law.
8. PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL OFFERS
Promotions, events, model rates, packages, complimentary add-ons, introductory offers, loyalty offers, and other special pricing may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:
•    Are available for a limited time or while designated availability lasts;
•    May apply only to specified treatments, products, providers, or appointment dates;
•    Cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted;
•    Have no cash value except as required by applicable law; and
•    Are subject to eligibility and medical appropriateness where treatment is involved.
If the terms displayed with a specific promotion differ from these general Terms, the specific promotional terms will control with respect to that promotion.
PARA reserves the right to modify or discontinue a promotion before purchase, subject to applicable law.

9. GIFT CARDS & GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift cards and gift certificates purchased from PARA are subject to applicable California law.
Any terms regarding redemption, promotional value, expiration, cash redemption, replacement, transferability, or other limitations will be applied only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Promotional certificates or complimentary promotional value provided without payment may be subject to different conditions than purchased gift certificates where permitted by law.
Specific terms applicable to a gift card, gift certificate, or promotional certificate will be disclosed at the time of purchase or issuance.

10. TREATMENT PACKAGES
Treatment packages may be subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Treatment recommendations may change based on a patient’s medical status, clinical assessment, response to treatment, or other relevant factors.
Purchasing a treatment package does not guarantee that every contemplated treatment will remain medically appropriate.
Where circumstances require a modification to a treatment plan, PARA will address remaining package value in accordance with the applicable purchase terms and California law.

11. MEMBERSHIPS & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
If PARA offers a membership, subscription, automatic renewal plan, or continuous service, the specific terms of that program will be presented separately before enrollment.
Where applicable, those terms will identify the recurring charge, billing frequency, duration or continuous nature of the program, minimum commitment if any, renewal terms, and cancellation procedures.
PARA will obtain any consent required by applicable law before charging a payment method for an automatic renewal or continuous service.
Cancellation options, renewal notices, reminders, price-change notices, and other membership communications will be provided as required by applicable California law.
If there is any conflict between these general Website Terms and the specific terms presented when enrolling in a membership or subscription, the specific membership or subscription terms will control.

12. PRODUCTS & ONLINE PURCHASES
If PARA makes skincare or other products available for purchase through the Website, purchases may be subject to additional checkout, shipping, return, refund, or manufacturer terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Product availability is not guaranteed.
PARA reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order where legally permissible, and correct errors relating to product descriptions, availability, or pricing.
Products should be used according to the directions provided by PARA, the manufacturer, and/or your healthcare provider, as applicable.
Information about a skincare or wellness product on the Website is not a substitute for individualized medical advice.

13. REFUNDS
Refund eligibility depends on the type of product, service, package, deposit, promotion, membership, or other transaction involved.
Any transaction-specific refund or cancellation terms presented to you at the time of purchase or booking will apply, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate or restrict any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. TEXT MESSAGES & ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
If you voluntarily provide your telephone number, email address, or other contact information, PARA may use that information to communicate with you regarding inquiries, appointments, transactions, treatment-related administration, and other communications you have requested or authorized.
Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable consent requirements.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services unless otherwise permitted by law.
Message and data rates may apply.
Where applicable, instructions for opting out of marketing communications will be provided within those communications.
Clinical or sensitive medical concerns should be communicated through the method directed by your PARA healthcare provider rather than through general Website forms or social media.

15. PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to PARA.
Our collection and use of personal information through the Website are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference where applicable.
Healthcare information may also be subject to additional privacy practices and protections. Where applicable, PARA’s Notice of Privacy Practices describes how protected health information may be used or disclosed and explains applicable patient rights.
Please review those documents separately.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, booking systems, payment processors, financing providers, social media platforms, maps, product manufacturers, or other services.
PARA does not control third-party websites or their privacy, security, availability, content, or business practices.
Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that third party’s own terms and privacy policies.
A link to a third-party service does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of all content, products, services, or practices of that third party.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its original content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, videos, treatment education, page design, written materials, and other creative materials, are owned by or licensed to PARA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access Website content for personal, noncommercial informational purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from PARA’s proprietary Website content without prior written authorization, except as otherwise permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms grants ownership rights in PARA’s trademarks, branding, proprietary materials, or other intellectual property.

18. PATIENT PHOTOGRAPHY, TESTIMONIALS & MEDIA
Patient photographs, before-and-after images, videos, testimonials, and other patient-related media displayed by PARA are used pursuant to applicable permissions, authorizations, or consents.
The presence of patient content on this Website does not grant Website users permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, alter, or otherwise use that content.
PARA’s Website Terms do not replace any separate patient authorization, photography consent, testimonial release, or marketing authorization required for PARA’s use of patient information or imagery.

19. SOCIAL MEDIA
PARA may maintain accounts on third-party social media platforms.
Information communicated through social media is intended for general educational or informational purposes and should not be relied upon for individualized medical advice.
Comments, direct messages, or interactions through social media do not establish a provider-patient relationship.
For privacy reasons, patients should avoid posting confidential medical information in public comments or other public-facing areas.

20. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Website:
•    For unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purposes;
•    To attempt unauthorized access to the Website or its systems;
•    To introduce malware or other harmful technology;
•    To interfere with Website operation or security;
•    To impersonate another individual;
•    To scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit Website content without authorization; or
•    In a manner that infringes the rights of PARA or another person.
PARA may restrict access to the Website when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, PARA, its patients, or others.

21. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
PARA does not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors.
Nothing in this section is intended to disclaim obligations or warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed under applicable law.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PARA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising solely from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Website.
This Website limitation is not intended to waive, limit, or alter any rights or remedies relating to professional healthcare services where such rights or remedies cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

23. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PARA and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from PARA’s own conduct for which liability cannot legally be shifted to you.

24. CALIFORNIA LAW
These Terms and your use of the Website will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another applicable law controls.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a California consumer or patient of rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

25. DISPUTES
We encourage users to contact PARA directly regarding concerns involving the Website so that we have an opportunity to address them.
Unless a separate written agreement validly governing a particular dispute provides otherwise, disputes relating solely to use of the Website will be handled in accordance with applicable California and federal law.
These Website Terms do not modify or replace any separate arbitration agreement, informed consent, patient agreement, financial agreement, or other agreement entered into between a patient and PARA.

26. CHILDREN
The Website is intended primarily for adults seeking information about PARA and its services.
The Website is not directed toward children under 13, and PARA does not knowingly use the Website to solicit personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate authorization where required by law.
Treatment of minors, where offered and legally permissible, may require parental or legal guardian consent and additional clinical documentation.

27. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
PARA may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to the Website, our services, business practices, or applicable law.
When these Terms are materially updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

28. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

29. ENTIRE WEBSITE TERMS
These Terms constitute the general terms governing use of the Website.
Separate agreements, policies, consents, financial terms, membership terms, promotional terms, treatment consents, Privacy Policies, Notices of Privacy Practices, or other documents may govern specific interactions with PARA.
Where a separate agreement specifically governs a transaction or service, that agreement will control with respect to that transaction or service to the extent of any conflict.
